All new patient appointments must be paid for within 24 hours of booking, you will be sent details of how to submit the payment on booking. Any appointments that are not paid for will be automatically cancelled. If you have any queries regarding payment, please get in touch.

Cancellation Policy

Please note by booking your appointment with The Podiatry & Gait Clinic you accept the cancellation policy, which is now 48 hours notice to either cancel or change an appointment. This is outside Sunday or Bank Holidays.

If you give less than 48 hours notice of a cancellation or reschedule, you will be charged at 50% of treatment price.

Appointments not attended will be charged at 100% of treatment price.

All appointment reminders will now be sent out 72 hours, prior to the appointment itself either via text reminder or via email. You must provide a mobile contact number or an email address, to ensure you receive these notifications.
